1.) Kaamdar Omelette Centre
Kaamdar Omelette Centre is one of the hidden gems of the city to have the best variety of egg dishes. It is a street side stall but it would not be an overstatement if I said that this place has gourmet dishes. You can see some of their best dishes in the picture attached below namely 2 States, Cheese Malai Dosa and Egg Variety rice. Eyes do deceive sometimes but this is definitely not the case for Kaamdar Omelette as the items taste just as good as they look. If you are a fan of eggs and its different varieties - you cannot afford to miss out on this place.
2.) Mahesh Omelette
Mahesh Omelette is one favorite spot of eggetarians and nonvegetarians in Vadodara. It has a menu full fledged with different egg varieties with fancy names and even fancier taste. The owner of the shops makes these dishes himself with the help of some other cooks and sometimes when you cannot decide for yourself - you tell him the number of people and your tastebuds and he will surprise you with a dish of his own!
3.) A 1 Omelette Centre
You would have never eaten a better looking dish than the one you find at A1 Omelette Centre. Don’t trust me? See for yourself. A1 Omelette centre serves egg varieties and is one of the hot favorite street food places for Barodians eating eggs. This place is mostly visited by youngsters and college going students in huge groups and hence the menu contains items that would suffice for a group of 6-8 people. Imagine 1 dish for 6-8 people - that is how wholesome and filling the egg varieties are. Afghani is one such special variety of this place that you cannot miss.
4.) Maaji Sainik Centre
Established in 1955, Maaji Sainik Omelette Centre is one of the oldest egg junctions in Vadodara. I remember my mom telling me how she used to visit Maaji Sainik Omelette Centre with her father and now she is visiting the same place with her kids. We can say that this place is the OG of egg varieties in Vadodara city. They started the egg varieties and items like Egg Pani Puri, Egg Pizza, Egg Italian etc. and are still experts in what they do. So if you want to experience expertise passed down from generation to generation - you have to visit this place.
5.) Yaadgar Omelette
This place created the buzz for fancy egg dishes and varieties among millennials of the city. Dishes like Anamika and Japani Fry caught the taste buds of the people of Vadodara and then there was no turning back. Started as a small stall in the city - YAadgar omelette is now a full shop with seating area and facilities like online ordering. It is always crowded with youngsters and people also come with their families to try the drool worthy dishes at Yaadgar Omelette Centre.
